Money Back Guarantee

Last updated: May 02, 2026

AsiaWriting aims to handle refund requests fairly, consistently, and transparently. This Money Back Guarantee explains when a full or partial refund may be available, when refunds may not apply, and how refund requests are reviewed.

Refund decisions depend on the order instructions, payment status, work completed, delivery status, customer communications, revision history, and the specific issue raised. Some problems can be resolved through revision rather than a refund.

When a Refund May Be Available

A full or partial refund is available in the circumstances described in this policy. AsiaWriting will issue a full refund when it cannot assign a suitable writer, cannot provide the paid service, receives a duplicated payment, or confirms a serious service failure that cannot reasonably be corrected through revision. A partial refund may apply when only part of the order is affected or part of the service has already been completed.

A customer who cancels before work has started will receive a full refund. Once work has started, any cancellation refund will reflect the proportion of work completed, usable material already delivered, and reasonable costs already incurred.

If an issue can reasonably be corrected, AsiaWriting may offer an eligible revision before deciding a refund request. The revision will be provided without an additional charge and within a reasonable time. A customer will not be required to accept repeated revisions where correction is impossible, a reasonable correction has already failed, or further revision would cause significant inconvenience.

Refund Request Period

Unless a longer period is required by applicable law or stated in the order confirmation, customers should submit refund requests within 14 calendar days after delivery. Duplicate-payment, non-delivery, unauthorized-payment, and payment-processing claims may be submitted after this period where supported by order or payment records.

When Work is Considered to Have Started

Work is considered to have started when a writer or specialist has been assigned and has begun reviewing the instructions, conducting research, preparing an outline, drafting, editing, formatting, communicating about substantive order requirements, or otherwise performing the ordered service.

Full Refunds

AsiaWriting will issue a full refund when a customer cancels before work has started, no suitable writer can be assigned, payment was duplicated, AsiaWriting cannot provide the paid service, or a serious service failure is confirmed and cannot reasonably be corrected through revision.

AsiaWriting may review payment records, order status, writer assignment records, customer messages, uploaded files, and delivered work to verify that a guaranteed refund condition applies. This verification does not allow AsiaWriting to refuse a refund when the stated condition has been established.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered when part of the order was completed, part of the brief was fulfilled, work had already begun, or the issue affects only a portion of the delivered material.

A partial refund will reflect the reasonable value of the service that was not completed or did not conform to the confirmed instructions. AsiaWriting will consider the proportion of work completed, usable material delivered, verified deficiencies, deadline impact, and any corrections already provided. Support will explain the basis of the calculation when communicating the decision. A partial refund may be paired with a revision where that is the fairest practical outcome.

When Refunds May Not Be Available

Refunds may not be available when the delivered work follows the confirmed original instructions, the customer changes the instructions after delivery, the customer provides incomplete or inaccurate details, the request is submitted outside the applicable refund period without a valid legal or payment-related basis, or the issue is caused by materials not supplied before work began. A customer’s use of delivered material may be considered when assessing a discretionary refund and the value already received, but it will not remove any statutory remedy that cannot lawfully be restricted.

Refunds are not based on grade expectations, professor preference, institutional decisions, or academic outcomes outside AsiaWriting’s control.

Refunds may also be unavailable when the customer approved the work, requested changes outside the original scope, failed to provide required materials on time, or asked for a service that was completed according to the confirmed order details.

Late or Urgent Orders

For urgent orders, customers should provide complete instructions and respond quickly to clarification requests. Delays caused by missing files, late replies, changed instructions, or payment issues may affect delivery and refund eligibility.

If AsiaWriting misses the confirmed deadline for reasons within its control, the customer may be eligible for a revised delivery arrangement, account credit, partial refund, or full refund. The remedy will depend on the length of the delay, whether the work remains reasonably useful, and whether the customer accepts late delivery. A full refund may apply where the delay makes the service substantially unusable and the customer has not accepted or used the late work.

Urgent orders are reviewed against the deadline, scope, and materials confirmed at the time of payment. Adding new requirements during an urgent order may change what can reasonably be delivered.

How to Request a Refund

Contact support with the order number, reason for the request, relevant evidence, and any file comparisons or instructor feedback that explain the issue. Specific details help support a faster and fairer review.

AsiaWriting may review order instructions, messages, uploaded files, delivered work, revision history, writer status, and payment records before making a decision.

A refund request should explain whether the customer is asking for a full refund, partial refund, revision first, or another practical resolution. Support may ask for more information before completing the review.

Review, Decisions, and Appeals

AsiaWriting will normally acknowledge a complete refund request within two business days and aims to communicate a decision within five business days. Complex cases, incomplete evidence, payment-provider reviews, or disputes involving several files may require additional time. If more time is needed, support will provide an update where reasonably possible.

If a refund request is partly or fully declined, AsiaWriting will provide a brief explanation. The customer may request one further review by identifying the original requirement, delivery problem, payment issue, or policy provision supporting the request and supplying any additional relevant evidence.

The appeal will be reviewed by a person who was not solely responsible for the original decision where reasonably practicable. The appeal outcome will be communicated through the customer account or official support channel.

Misuse and Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility may be affected if the service is misused, if the customer requests dishonest assistance, if the customer violates the Terms and Conditions, or if the customer files false or misleading claims about the order.

AsiaWriting may refuse refund requests connected to abusive behavior, payment fraud, duplicate claims, or attempts to receive completed work without paying for it.

Refund Processing and Chargebacks

Approved refunds are usually returned through the original payment method unless another method is required by the payment provider. Banks and payment processors may take additional time

Approved refunds will normally be submitted to the original payment method within five business days after approval unless another method is required by the payment provider. The customer’s bank or payment processor may require additional time to display the funds.

Customers are encouraged to contact AsiaWriting support before filing a payment dispute so that the issue can be reviewed promptly. Filing a chargeback while a refund request is being reviewed may require the matter to be handled through the payment provider’s dispute process. Nothing in this policy prevents a customer from exercising a lawful right to dispute an unauthorized, duplicated, undelivered, or incorrectly processed payment.

If a payment provider reverses, freezes, or disputes a transaction, AsiaWriting may pause order activity or support review until the payment status is clarified.

Statutory Consumer Rights

This Money Back Guarantee provides contractual refund arrangements and does not exclude, restrict, or replace any cancellation, refund, repeat-performance, price-reduction, chargeback, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited. Where applicable law provides a customer with a more favorable remedy, that law will apply.

Relationship with Other Policies

This Money Back Guarantee forms part of the AsiaWriting Terms and Conditions and should be read together with the Revision Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and responsible-use requirements. If an order-specific term conflicts with this policy, the more specific term will apply unless mandatory law provides greater protection.
