AsiaWriting Terms and Conditions

Last updated: July 20, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of AsiaWriting’s website and services. By using the website, creating an account, placing an order, making a payment, uploading files, or contacting support, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website or services. These terms work together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Revision Policy, Money Back Guarantee, Plagiarism-Free Guarantee, and Notice on Social Responsibility.

Definitions and Contract Documents

In these Terms, “customer” means the person who accesses the website, creates an account, or places an order; “order” means a confirmed request for services; and “delivered materials” means any document, file, draft, edit, research support, or other output supplied in connection with an order.

The confirmed order details and any later written changes accepted by both parties govern the scope, price, and deadline of a specific order. These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference apply to the remaining matters. If there is a conflict, mandatory law takes priority.

About the Service

AsiaWriting provides academic writing, editing, research, formatting, citation, and related study-support services for customers worldwide. Services may include custom writing support, draft improvement, proofreading, formatting assistance, research organization, and other academic-support tasks shown on the website.

Materials provided through the service are intended for research, learning, reference, model, editing, and study-support purposes. Customers are responsible for using all materials in line with applicable school, college, university, professional, and institutional rules.

Service availability may depend on subject, academic level, deadline, writer availability, order complexity, and whether the request falls within Asia Writing’s service boundaries.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be legally able to enter into a service agreement to use AsiaWriting. If your location requires a specific minimum age for online services or contracts, you are responsible for meeting that requirement.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact support promptly.

Unless applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. A minor may use the service only with the verifiable consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the account, payment, and use of the service.

Orders and Payment

Orders start only after payment is completed. Pricing may depend on service type, academic level, deadline, word count, subject, complexity, number of sources, formatting requirements, and other order details.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate instructions. This may include topic, paper type, academic level, deadline, word count, citation style, source requirements, uploaded files, rubrics, grading criteria, instructor comments, and any other details needed to complete the order.

If instructions are missing, unclear, contradictory, or changed after payment, AsiaWriting may request clarification. New instructions, changed topics, added sources, extra pages, different citation styles, or deadline changes may require a new quote, order adjustment, or separate order.

AsiaWriting may decline or cancel an order if the request is outside the available service scope, cannot be completed within the requested deadline, appears to violate these terms, or raises academic-integrity or legal concerns.

Order Confirmation, Prices, Taxes, and Payments

Before payment, the checkout or quotation process should identify the main service characteristics, confirmed scope, total price and currency, any applicable taxes or fees, delivery arrangements, and the policies that apply to the order. After payment, AsiaWriting will provide an order confirmation by email, through the customer account, or through another durable method the customer can retain.

Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their terms and privacy notices. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges.

Customers should contact support promptly about an unrecognized charge or payment dispute before starting a chargeback, except where applicable law allows or requires otherwise. AsiaWriting may temporarily restrict an account while a payment dispute, suspected fraud, or chargeback is investigated, without limiting any non-excludable consumer right.

Customer Communication

Customers should remain available for clarification while an order is active. If support or the assigned specialist needs information and the customer does not respond, delivery timing or final alignment with the brief may be affected.

Order messages should be respectful, accurate, and relevant to the assignment. Abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or misleading communication may lead to support limits, order cancellation, or account action.

Customers should use the approved support channels for order-related messages. Instructions sent outside the account area or official support email may not be visible to the person completing the order.

Uploaded Materials

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload files and source materials used in an order. Uploaded materials should not include malware, unlawful content, private third-party information, or files unrelated to the requested service.

If a customer uploads copyrighted course materials, journal articles, instructor notes, or sample papers, those materials should be supplied only for the purpose of completing the order and should not be used in a way that violates applicable rules or rights.

AsiaWriting may be unable to complete an order properly if required files are corrupted, inaccessible, incomplete, password-protected, or uploaded after work has already begun.

Service Changes and Availability

AsiaWriting may update services, pricing, order forms, support procedures, or available options from time to time. Availability can vary by subject, writer capacity, deadline, and technical conditions.

If a service option is unavailable, AsiaWriting may suggest an alternative, request a deadline adjustment, or decline the order before work begins.

These updates help keep the service practical, secure, and aligned with customer needs.

Delivery and Customer Review

Completed work is delivered through the customer account area or another approved delivery method. Customers should review delivered work promptly and compare it with the confirmed order instructions.

Delivery timing may depend on order complexity, payment confirmation, customer responsiveness, technical conditions, and the completeness of the instructions provided. AsiaWriting is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, late customer responses, or changes requested after work has begun.

Revisions

Revision eligibility is governed by the Revision Policy. A revision request must relate to the original order instructions and should explain the requested change clearly.

A standard revision does not cover a new assignment, new topic, additional pages, newly added sources, changed instructions, or a different deadline unless AsiaWriting agrees to those changes as part of a paid adjustment or new order.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the Money Back Guarantee. Refund requests may require review of the order instructions, customer messages, uploaded files, delivered work, payment status, and revision history.

Refunds are not based on grade expectations, professor preference, institutional decisions, or academic outcomes outside AsiaWriting’s control.

Statutory Consumer Rights and Cancellation

Nothing in these Terms, the Money Back Guarantee, or any other AsiaWriting policy excludes or limits a cancellation, refund, remedy, warranty, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where applicable law provides a cooling-off or withdrawal period for an online service contract, AsiaWriting will honor that right. If a customer expressly asks AsiaWriting to begin work before the applicable cancellation period ends, the customer may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already supplied and may lose the cancellation right after full performance, but only where the law permits and the required request and acknowledgement have been obtained.

Responsible Use

AsiaWriting does not endorse plagiarism, cheating, impersonation, fabricated research, unauthorized exam assistance, or submission of purchased materials in violation of institutional rules.

You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, academic misconduct, fraud, harassment, infringement, impersonation, uploading malicious files, violating third-party rights, or gaining an unfair academic advantage.

AsiaWriting may refuse, cancel, or limit requests that appear to involve misuse, unlawful conduct, academic dishonesty, impersonation, falsification, or violation of these terms.

Customers should not ask AsiaWriting to access restricted course portals, take quizzes or exams, participate in live assessments, falsify data, fabricate sources, or represent the customer in any setting that requires personal attendance or personal authorship.

Account Suspension and Termination

AsiaWriting may suspend, restrict, or close an account, or cancel an affected order, where there is a material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, an abusive or threatening communication, a malicious upload, a security risk, non-payment, an improper chargeback, unlawful conduct, or a request involving academic misconduct. Where practical and lawful, AsiaWriting will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct a remediable breach before permanent termination.

Termination does not remove payment obligations already incurred. Active orders, refunds, retained records, and access to delivered files will be handled under the applicable policy, the Privacy Policy, and mandatory law. Customers should download and securely retain copies of files they need before account access ends.

Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, design, text, graphics, and service materials owned by AsiaWriting or its licensors are protected by intellectual property laws.

After full payment, customers receive the right to use delivered custom materials for personal research, reference, learning, and study-support purposes, subject to these terms and the Notice on Social Responsibility.

Customers may not copy, resell, publish, distribute, or misuse website content or delivered materials in a way that violates these terms, applicable law, or academic integrity rules.

Customers retain any rights they lawfully hold in materials they upload. By uploading those materials, the customer grants AsiaWriting and its authorized personnel a limited, non-exclusive license to access, reproduce, adapt, and use them only as reasonably necessary to provide the ordered service, operate and secure the platform, comply with law, and resolve complaints or disputes.

Unless a written order confirmation expressly states otherwise, full payment grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered materials for lawful personal research, reference, learning, editing, and study-support purposes. Copyright or other ownership rights are not assigned unless AsiaWriting expressly agrees in writing. AsiaWriting may retain secure copies only for the periods and purposes described in the Privacy Policy or required by law.

No Academic Outcome Guarantee

AsiaWriting does not guarantee grades, academic results, admission decisions, professor approval, publication acceptance, or any specific institutional outcome. Academic outcomes depend on many factors outside the service’s control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AsiaWriting is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or academic-consequence damages arising from use or misuse of the website or services.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Customers are responsible for backing up files, reviewing delivered work, checking institutional rules, and deciding how to use any support materials they receive.

Where permitted by applicable law, AsiaWriting’s total liability for direct loss arising from an affected order will not exceed the amount the customer paid for that order. This limitation does not apply to fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Third-Party Services and External Links

The website or service may rely on third-party payment, hosting, communications, security, analytics, or file-delivery providers and may contain links to external websites. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. AsiaWriting is not responsible for external content or services outside its reasonable control, but this clause does not exclude responsibility that applicable law does not allow AsiaWriting to exclude.

Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Neither party will be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including major internet or hosting failures, natural disasters, public emergencies, war, civil disorder, government action, labor disruption, or widespread service outages. The affected party should give notice where reasonably possible and take reasonable steps to reduce the impact. If such an event materially prevents completion and no reasonable alternative is available, the customer may cancel the unperformed part of the affected order and receive any refund required by the Money Back Guarantee or applicable law.

General Contract Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect, and the affected provision will be interpreted or adjusted only to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable.

A delay or failure by either party to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right. Neither party may assign its rights or obligations without the other party’s consent, except that AsiaWriting may assign them as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale of the relevant business, provided that the assignment does not reduce the customer’s mandatory rights.

These Terms, the confirmed order details, and the policies incorporated by reference form the entire agreement concerning the service and replace earlier discussions or representations about the same order. Electronic records, account messages, and emails may be used for contractual notices and confirmations where permitted by law.

Changes and Contact

AsiaWriting may update these terms when services, business practices, legal requirements, or website features change. The latest version will be posted on the website with an updated date.

Continued use of the website or services after updated terms are posted may be treated as acceptance of the updated terms, where permitted by applicable law.

The version of these Terms in effect when an order is placed will normally continue to govern that order. Material changes will apply prospectively to later use or later orders unless a change is required by law or the customer and AsiaWriting expressly agree otherwise.

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@asiawriting.com.
