AI and Plagiarism-Free Guarantee

Last updated: June 16, 2026

AsiaWriting is committed to providing human-written, original academic support prepared specifically for each customer’s confirmed instructions. This AI and Plagiarism-Free Guarantee explains our human-writing standard, approach to source use, originality checks, quality review, and the remedies available when a verified concern arises.

Our services are designed to provide authentic research, editing, writing, formatting, and learning support. Delivered materials must not contain copied passages presented without acknowledgement, fabricated references, unverified AI-generated content, or material knowingly recycled from another customer’s order.

This guarantee does not change the customer’s responsibility to use all delivered materials in accordance with applicable institutional rules and academic-integrity requirements.

Every order is human written, custom prepared, checked for originality, and reviewed for source accuracy before delivery.

Human-Written Guarantee

Every AsiaWriting order is assigned to and prepared by a human writer, editor, researcher, or academic specialist. The substantive content of the order, including its arguments, explanations, analysis, organisation, and written discussion is produced and reviewed by human professionals.

AsiaWriting does not use generative artificial intelligence to replace the human specialist or to automatically produce the substantive content of an order represented as human written.

Standard digital tools may be used for spelling, grammar, formatting, citation organisation, plagiarism screening, file security, and quality control. These supporting tools do not replace human authorship, editorial judgement, source evaluation, or final review.

What AI-Free Means

AI-free work means that generative artificial intelligence has not been used to draft, substantially rewrite, or automatically produce the substantive academic content delivered to the customer.

AI-free does not exclude ordinary software used for spelling correction, grammar review, formatting, reference management, plagiarism checking, file security, or administrative processing. These tools may assist the workflow, but the intellectual and written content remains human produced.

AsiaWriting will not knowingly deliver fabricated AI-generated references, invented quotations, false statistics, falsified data, unsupported claims, or automatically generated content that has not been independently checked by a human specialist.

Plagiarism-Free Standard

Plagiarism-free work means that content is prepared specifically for the order and does not knowingly present another person’s language, ideas, research, or creative work without appropriate acknowledgement.

Writers and editors must not copy material from published sources, websites, previous customer orders, essay databases, sample libraries, or unauthorised materials without proper quotation, paraphrasing, and citation.

When external sources are used, they will be acknowledged according to the citation style and source requirements confirmed for the order, such as APA, MLA, Harvard, Chicago, or another required format.

Custom-Written Content

Each order is developed using the customer’s topic, instructions, academic level, required structure, source requirements, uploaded materials, rubric, and confirmed service details.

AsiaWriting does not knowingly resell, recycle, or redistribute completed work from another customer as newly prepared material. Similar topics may involve common terminology, theories, definitions, or required concepts, but the substantive discussion must be prepared for the individual order.

Source Use and Required Materials

Customers should provide required readings, banned sources, source lists, quotation limits, citation instructions, and any professor-specific rules when placing the order. This helps the writer handle sources correctly from the beginning.

If a customer supplies draft text, lecture notes, required passages, or source excerpts, those materials may influence similarity results. Required quotations and bibliographies can also increase similarity percentages in automated reports.

If no source instructions are supplied, the writer may rely on generally appropriate academic source practices for the subject and level of the order.

Human Quality Review

Before delivery, each order is subject to human review appropriate to the service purchased. The review may consider:

      • Compliance with the confirmed instructions
      • Originality and source acknowledgement
      • Citation and reference consistency
      • Factual and source accuracy
      • Structure, clarity, and academic tone;
      • Signs of copied, recycled, fabricated, or unverified content
      • Compliance with the human-written requirement

Originality software and other automated tools may assist the review, but final quality decisions are made by human reviewers.

Similarity and AI-Detection Reports

A similarity percentage does not automatically establish plagiarism. References, quotations, assignment instructions, standard terminology, templates, required phrases, and correctly cited material may contribute to similarity results.

AsiaWriting does not guarantee a specific similarity percentage or a particular result from Turnitin, an AI-content detector, or another third-party system. These systems use independent methods and may produce inconsistent or inaccurate classifications.

An AI-detection score alone will not conclusively determine whether material was written by a human. Where a concern is raised, AsiaWriting will review the actual content, available drafting or review information, sources, order instructions, and supporting evidence.

AI and Originality Remedy Guarantee

If AsiaWriting verifies that delivered material contains substantial uncited copying, content duplicated from another customer’s order, fabricated references, unverified AI-generated material, or substantive AI drafting contrary to this guarantee, AsiaWriting will correct, rewrite, or replace the affected content without additional charge.

Where the verified problem cannot reasonably be corrected within an appropriate period, the customer may request review under the AsiaWriting Money Back Guarantee.

Remedies will be based on the affected portion of the order, the available evidence, the original instructions, and the seriousness of the verified issue.

How to Raise a Concern

Customers should contact support with the order number, the passages of concern, and any relevant similarity report, AI-detection report, source comparison, or other evidence.

AsiaWriting may review the original instructions, uploaded files, source requirements, delivered work, revision history, writer records, and quality-review information before reaching a decision.

Customers should report concerns within 14 calendar days after delivery where possible. Serious concerns involving fabricated sources, duplicated customer work, or verified misuse of generative AI may still be reviewed after this period when sufficient evidence remains available.

A review may also consider whether a report included references, quotations, appendices, assignment text, common academic wording, or other material that should not be treated as copied or AI-generated body content.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers should provide accurate source instructions and avoid asking for uncited borrowing, fabricated references, false data, or hidden source use. If a professor requires specific sources or limits quotations, those rules should be included when placing the order.

Customers should also disclose any institutional restrictions concerning generative artificial intelligence and provide any required AI-use or authorship instructions when placing the order.

Customers should review delivered work before using it as a study reference. If a citation appears unclear or a source requirement seems missing, contact support for review.

Customers should not remove citations, alter references, combine delivered material with copied content, or repurpose material in a way that creates plagiarism or misrepresents the source of ideas.

Responsible Use

AsiaWriting provides materials for research, reference, learning, model use, editing, and study support. Customers are responsible for using delivered work in line with their institution’s academic integrity rules.

AsiaWriting does not endorse plagiarism, cheating, impersonation, or submission of delivered materials in violation of institutional rules.

The human-written and plagiarism-free commitments in this guarantee do not authorise a customer to submit delivered material as personal assessed work where their institution prohibits that use.

Responsible use is part of the service expectation for every customer.

Relationship with Other Policies

This guarantee forms part of the AsiaWriting Terms and Conditions and should be read together with the Academic Integrity and Responsible Use Policy, Revision Policy, Money Back Guarantee, and other applicable service terms. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
