AsiaWriting Revision Policy

Last updated: June 25, 2026

AsiaWriting wants delivered work to match the confirmed order instructions. This Revision Policy explains when revisions may be requested, what revisions can cover, and what falls outside a standard revision.

The purpose of a revision is to correct or improve alignment with the original brief. It is not a way to turn one completed order into a different assignment, add new scope, or replace instructions that were not provided before work began.

When a Revision May Be Requested

You may request a revision when the delivered work does not reasonably follow the original order instructions, confirmed files, citation style, word count, structure requirements, required sources, or other details provided before work began.

Examples may include missing a required source, using the wrong citation style, overlooking a confirmed section requirement, not following a rubric point that was supplied with the order, or delivering content that needs clarification to match the original brief.

Revision Request Timing

Under standard practice, customers should review delivered work promptly and request revisions as soon as possible. Unless a different period is stated in the order confirmation or service terms, customers must submit a revision request within 14 calendar days after delivery. Requests received after that period may be reviewed at AsiaWriting’s discretion and may require a paid adjustment.

Large, multi-part, dissertation, thesis, or capstone-style projects may follow different revision arrangements depending on the service selected and the order terms shown at the time of purchase.

If a customer waits until after their own submission deadline to review the work, AsiaWriting may still review an eligible request, but the practical benefit of a revision may be limited. Customers are encouraged to leave time for review whenever possible.

Number of Included Revisions

During the applicable revision window, AsiaWriting will provide reasonable revisions needed to correct verified departures from the confirmed original instructions. This does not mean unlimited rewriting. A request may be declined when the requested correction has already been completed, repeats the same issue without new supporting information, or introduces new scope.

What a Standard Revision Can Cover

A standard revision may include correcting missed requirements, adjusting structure to match the brief, improving clarity, aligning formatting with the selected citation style, adding a required source that was supplied before work began, or addressing eligible comments tied to the original instructions. Where the confirmed instructions required AsiaWriting to locate suitable sources independently, a revision may also include adding or replacing a source reasonably necessary to correct a failure to meet that requirement.

Revision notes should be specific. Page numbers, highlighted passages, rubric references, instructor comments, or file comparisons can help the team understand what needs attention.

If a requested correction is small but important, such as a reference-list inconsistency, formatting issue, or missing rubric point, customers should still submit it clearly so support can route it properly.

Word Count Corrections

A revision may be requested when the delivered work materially exceeds or falls below the word count confirmed in the order. Unless the confirmed instructions state otherwise, title pages, reference lists, appendices, tables, figures, and footnotes are not included in the main word count.

What a Standard Revision Does Not Cover

A standard revision does not cover a new topic, new thesis, different assignment, added pages, a changed citation style, a new deadline, new professor feedback that changes the original task, or a request to rewrite the paper for a different purpose. New sources or requirements introduced after work began also fall outside a standard revision, except where the original instructions required AsiaWriting to locate suitable sources independently and the requested source is reasonably necessary to correct a failure to meet that requirement.

If the requested change requires substantial new work, AsiaWriting may offer a paid adjustment, quote a new order, or recommend a different service.

Revision eligibility is based on the confirmed order record, not on expectations that were not shared before work began.

How to Request a Revision

Log in to your account or contact support with the order number and a clear explanation of the requested changes. Include supporting files or comments where relevant.

AsiaWriting may review the original instructions, customer messages, uploaded files, delivered work, and revision notes before confirming whether the request is eligible.

Good revision notes explain what is wrong, where it appears, and which original instruction was not followed. General statements such as ‘make it better’ or ‘rewrite everything’ may require clarification before work can continue.

Instructor Feedback After Delivery

Instructor feedback may be helpful, but it does not automatically make a revision eligible. If the feedback relates to instructions provided before work began, AsiaWriting can review it under this policy. If the feedback introduces new requirements, a different topic, added sources, or a new direction, additional work may require a paid update.

Revision Timing

Revision timing depends on the scope of the request, order length, subject complexity, writer availability, and deadline requirements. Simple formatting corrections may be faster than changes involving research, structure, or multiple sections. After reviewing an eligible request, AsiaWriting will provide an estimated completion time. Any estimate may change if the customer adds new instructions, delays clarification, or expands the requested work.

Customers should leave enough time to review the revised file before their own deadline. Waiting until the last minute may limit the practical time available for revision.

Submitting multiple separate revision requests for the same order may extend the review process. Where possible, customers should group related comments into one clear request.

Revision Decisions and Escalation

If a revision request is accepted, AsiaWriting will confirm the eligible corrections and the estimated completion time. If a request is partly or fully declined, support will explain whether it falls outside the original scope and whether a paid adjustment or new order is available.

A customer who disagrees with the decision may request a further review by support. The customer should identify the original instruction they believe was not followed and provide any relevant order messages, files, rubric requirements, instructor comments, or delivery comparisons.

Relationship to Refund Requests

Where a concern can reasonably be corrected through an eligible revision, AsiaWriting may first offer or complete that revision before deciding a refund request. This process does not limit any refund or other remedy available under the Money Back Guarantee or applicable law.

Statutory Rights

This Revision Policy provides contractual revision support and does not replace, restrict, or exclude any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited. Where applicable law gives a customer additional rights concerning non-conforming, misdescribed, delayed, or undelivered services, those rights continue to apply.

Relationship with Other Policies

This Revision Policy forms part of the AsiaWriting Terms and Conditions and should be read together with the Money Back Guarantee and other applicable service policies. If two documents address the same issue inconsistently, the Terms and Conditions will apply unless a more specific confirmed order term or mandatory law requires otherwise.
